For many people, Lithuanian cuisine is associated with cepelinai. FORTO DVARAS offers as many as 12 kinds of cepelinai.
FORTO DVARAS was the first restaurant in Lithuania to start cooperating with the Gastronomic Heritage Foundation. It has developed and elaborated some certified meals of the Foundation, which are made in the traditional way, using products of local origin.
